About the Role

We are looking for a
meticulous and proactive Finance Operations Analyst
to support financial processes, reporting, and data integrity within the Technology & Operations finance team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with
numbers, data systems, and process improvement
, and who can ensure
financial accuracy
across multiple tools and workflows.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support and execute
    month-end closing
    activities, ensuring accurate and timely results.
  • Prepare and post
    manual journal entries (MJEs)
    and assist in
    variance analysis
    and reporting.
  • Perform
    data validation and investigations
    across financial systems to ensure consistency.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to
    resolve data discrepancies
    and streamline workflows.
  • Maintain and update
    financial data mappings
    , ensuring alignment between finance and procurement systems.
  • Drive
    continuous improvement
    and
    automation initiatives
    to enhance process efficiency.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in
    Finance, Accounting, or Business
    .
  • Minimum
    3 years of experience
    in
    finance operations, reporting, or accounting
    , ideally in a
    tech-driven or multinational environment
    .
  • Strong working knowledge of
    Oracle ERP
    ,
    Power BI
    , and
    Microsoft Excel
    .
  • Experience in
    month-end closing, reporting, and journal entries
    .
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work
    independently
    and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience with
    process automation
    or improving workflow efficiency.
  • Comfortable handling
    large datasets
    and using
    AI or digital tools
    for productivity.
  • Good understanding of
    procurement workflows
    and finance governance.
