JOB VACANCY: INBOUND TELESALES (ABBOTT SG)

Location: Ara Damansara

Job Scope:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide accurate information about Abbott products and key benefits
  • Assist customers in making purchase decisions and resolving issues
  • Record call outcomes and customer details in the CRM system
  • Follow up via email or chat as needed
  • Achieve monthly KPIs

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree or equivalent
  • Good command of English; Mandarin is a plus
  • Positive attitude, highly motivated, and customer-oriented
  • Inbound telesales / customer service experience is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Working Hours:

  • Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 per month
