As a Kitchen Crew, you will play a crucial role in the heart of our hospitality operations, contributing to the preparation and delivery of exceptional culinary experiences for our valued guests. What you'll be doing

  • Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of a wide variety of dishes
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment
  • Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
  • Collaborating with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Continuously improving your culinary skills and techniques
  • Participating in menu development and testing new recipes
  • Providing support and mentoring to junior kitchen staff

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
