Nursery Assistant

Job Location: Kanowit, Sarawak

Job Description:

• Perform deflasking and subculturing of tissue-cultured plants according to daily production targets.
• Carry out transplanting activities in the greenhouse following standard procedures.
• Conduct quality control (QC) checks and perform manuring, watering, and general nursery maintenance.
• Work effectively as part of a team in a hot and humid outdoor environment.
• Ensure all work is performed according to company standards and production schedules.
• Work in a team, responsible, and able to meet daily and monthly production targets.

Requirement:

• SPM or Certificate/Diploma in Agriculture, Plantation, or related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in nursery or plantation operations is preferred.

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
