Vacancy for Logistics Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Logistic Executive to oversee daily logistics operations and support smooth coordination between production, warehouse, and transport activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and verify goods received for production to ensure accuracy and quality.

  • Manage and monitor daily stock receiving for both production and raw materials.

  • Coordinate container loading and ensure all shipments are fulfilled accurately and on time.

  • Prepare all relevant container and shipping documentation in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

  • Plan and conduct periodic stock takes for finished goods and raw material storage.

  • Verify and process purchasing invoices related to production and transporters.

  • Coordinate production schedules to align with material availability and delivery timelines.

  • Prepare own lorry diesel usage and delivery documentation.

  • Manage and report monthly stock issuance for production.

  • Liaise with internal departments (Production, Purchasing, Accounts) to ensure smooth material flow and timely reporting.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in logistics and stock management processes.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or warehouse coordination, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.

  • Strong understanding of inventory control, shipment documentation, and stock management.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic ERP/inventory systems.

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and handle multiple priorities.

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
