About the role

Join True Eco Sdn Bhd, a leading player in the wastewater treatment, odour control and renewable energy industry, as an Application Engineer. In this full-time, on-site role based in Seri Kembangan, Selangor, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to ensure the successful implementation and operation of our state-of-the-art wastewater treatment, odour control and renewable energy solutions.

What you'll be doing

  1. Collaborate with the engineering team to design and develop innovative wastewater treatment, odour control and renewable energy applications
  2. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of wastewater treatment, odour control and renewable energy systems
  3. Analyse customer requirements and recommend the most suitable wastewater treatment, odour control and renewable energy solutions
  4. Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and system configurations to meet customer needs
  5. Create technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials for our products and services
  6. Participate in the development of new products and technologies to stay ahead of industry trends
  7. Liaise with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in wastewater treatment, odour control, renewable energy, or related industries.
  3. Strong academic background, with at least an A grade in Additional Mathematics (SPM, UEC or STPM) and an A grade in Statistics (university subject or STPM). No specific requirements are imposed on language subject results.
  4. Strong technical expertise in the design, implementation, and troubleshooting of wastewater treatment, odour control and renewable energy systems
  5. Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications
  6. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
  7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  8. Willingness to travel to project sites for installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities
