Role Description

DW Labs is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented 
Goods Delivery Driver & Storekeeper

to join our logistics team. This combined role involves both 
warehouse management

and 
goods delivery

, ensuring smooth operations in receiving, storing, and distributing company materials and products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Receive and Inspect Goods

  • Receive incoming goods and verify them against delivery orders and invoices.
  • Inspect items for damage, discrepancies, or missing parts.
  • Report any issues promptly to the supervisor.

2. Maintain Inventory Records

  • Record and update all stock transactions in the inventory system.
  • Ensure accurate labeling, proper placement, and secure storage of all items.
  • Support monthly or periodic stock audits.

3. Issue and Dispatch Goods / Deliveries

  • Prepare and issue goods based on approved requisitions or delivery schedules.
  • Deliver goods to customers or assigned locations in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
  • Ensure all deliveries are properly documented, acknowledged, and recorded.
  • Handle goods carefully to prevent damage during loading, transport, and unloading.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle.

4. Monitor Stock Levels

  • Conduct regular stock checks and ensure optimal inventory levels.
  • Notify management on low stock items and assist in replenishment planning.

5. Organize the Store Area

  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and efficient store layout.
  • Ensure items are stored safely in accordance with company standards.

6. Follow Safety and Company Policies

  • Adhere to all safety procedures, company policies, and standard operating practices.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all records and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Possess a valid GDL (Goods Driving License)
     – 
    priority will be given to candidates with a GDL license.
  • Possess a valid driving license (Class D or B2).
  • Minimum [1–2] years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or related fields.
  • Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Physically fit and able to handle manual loading/unloading when required.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory entry (Excel or inventory system).
  • Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.

Minimum salary offered is Rm2,500.
