Job Description:

  • Oversee inventory management processes to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize shrinkage, and maximize inventory turnover.
  • Make sure pricing is correct
  • Work on store displays
  • Evaluate self-on-the-job performance, as well as other staff
  • Ensure products are clean and ready to be displayed
  • Cross collaborate with product and purchasing teams on inventory planning, allocation, and replenishment strategies.
  • Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock
  • Ensure promotions are accurate and in tune with company's standards
  • Maintain health and safety measures and store's cleanliness
  • Help, drive, motivate, and encourage retail sales staff to achieve sales targets
  • Handle customer complaints, issues and question

Qualifications:
- Min SPM/Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 of experience in supervising or store management , preferably in the retail sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Able to Join Immediately
