Job Description

Overview:

To support the Engineering and Maintenance team in day-to-day plant operations, maintenance activities, and continuous improvement projects. The intern will gain practical experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly within a flour milling facility.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Exposure to engineering operations in a food manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on experience in plant maintenance, preventive care, and root cause analysis.
  • Opportunity to contribute to process improvement and reliability projects.
  • Develop professional work ethics and safety awareness.
Qualifications
  • Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, or relevant Engineering fields.
  • Willingness to learn in a hands-on industrial environment.
  • Able to work in a team and follow instructions effectively.
  • This position is based in Pasir Gudang
