Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervise and oversee construction activities at the site, using construction drawings as a guide.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors to arrange their work schedules according to the work programs.
  • Check the quality of work, identify and address any defects or issues promptly.
  • Monitor the progress of the project on a daily basis and keep accurate records of the work activities.
  • Manage workers and subcontractors effectively, while maintaining good relationships with clients and consultants.
  • Need attend meetings any related about the project.

· Liaises with QS on measurements, variation orders, daily work, etc.

  • Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
  • Monitor daily attendance of workers, addressing issues such as late arrivals, absences, and false claims to ensure accountability.

Requirement:

  • Possess a minimum Certificate, Diploma in Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 to 4 years working experience in the construction field.
  • Possess own transport & willing to travel from the office to various sites as required.
  • Strong site knowledge and capability to solve site issues
