About the Role

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Intern to support our marketing team in driving online growth, improving campaign performance, and building our brand presence across multiple digital channels. You'll get hands-on experience with real campaigns, learn how marketing works in a fast-moving tech startup, and work closely with the growth and content teams.

If you're passionate about social media, analytics, and creative storytelling — this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Design eye-catching creatives for ads and social media
  • Assist in planning and running digital campaigns (social media, email, SEO, paid ads)
  • Create and schedule content for ChatDaddy's social media channels
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and ideas
  • Help monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics or Meta Ads Manager
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to test and improve ad performance

What We're Looking For

  • Student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Proficient in Canva with an eye for design and attention to detail
  • Creative thinker who enjoys creating content and visuals for social media and ads
  • Eager to learn about digital marketing strategy and performance tracking
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or CRM tools
