Sales & Client Acquisition

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual e-commerce revenue targets.
  • Identify, approach, and onboard new corporate and B2B clients into Sri Sutra'sonline platforms.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to encourage repeatbookings and loyalty.
  • Promote travel products, airfares, and services through online and offlinechannels.

Account & Platform Management

  • Ensure clients are fully guided and trained on the use of Sri Sutra's Online Booking Tools (OBT).
  • Monitor booking activities, user engagement, and troubleshoot issues with the operations team.
  • Coordinate with the IT and Operations units to ensure smooth system functionality and updates.

Collaboration & Campaign Support

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and
  • promotions.
  • Provide feedback on client needs, market trends, and competitor pricing.
  • Support cross-department collaboration to improve platform usability and
  • customer satisfaction.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track, analyze, and report sales performance against set KPIs and targets.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly updates on leads, conversions, and client activity.
  • Use data-driven insights to recommend new initiatives or client engagement strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
