Soori Penang seeks a polished, service-driven
Head Concierge
to lead the guest services team at our ultra-luxury heritage property in George Town. As the face of our guest experience, you will orchestrate all aspects of arrivals, itineraries, and local discoveries — ensuring each guest's stay unfolds with calm precision and a sense of place.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and train concierge and guest relations teams to deliver personalised service.
• Curate and oversee bespoke itineraries encompassing dining, culture, and transport.
• Build strong local networks with artisans, galleries, and cultural partners.
• Anticipate and fulfil guest needs with discretion, tact, and attention to detail.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Culinary, and Front Office for seamless operations.
• Manage guest feedback and ensure continuous enhancement of guest experience.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or related field.
• Proven experience as Chief Concierge, Head Butler, or senior guest relations role in a luxury hotel.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Deep knowledge of George Town's culture, cuisine, and heritage precincts.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
