Job Description:

We are looking for an Executive, Warehouse to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and onboarding new customers for storage and distribution services. The role requires strong organizational skills, people-oriented leadership, and a sharp eye for detecting discrepancies or non-compliance in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound shipments efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct stock checks.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with transport teams for timely deliveries.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for efficiency.
  • Supervise and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets.
  • Onboard new customers, ensuring proper setup for storage and distribution requirements.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in stock or operational processes.
  • Handle multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations.
  • Knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) is an advantage.
  • Familiar with handling tasks and processes via system platforms.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Keen eye for detail and ability to detect non-compliance.
  • Ability to work under time-sensitive conditions and meet multiple deadlines.
