Job Requirements

  • Fresh graduate / 1-2 years experience in related fields
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree related to pharmaceutical science & engineering.

Key Responsiblities

  • To follow safety regulations in daily work.
  • To observe GMP, GLP, GDocP and safety regulations in their daily work.
  • Responsible in ensuring that all documents containing specifications and test methods are updated to reflect quality expectations.
  • To prepare any reagents, media, equipment, glassware or other preparation needed for task or test relating to assigned responsibility.
  • To perform tests or tasks assigned by section head or immediate superior relating to the functions of QC and to the instructions of SOP.
  • To keep work area and equipment in a ready, clean and tidy state.
  • To keep and update all the logbooks, records and check sheets prepared in the laboratory for the purposes of equipment records and the tasks recording.
  • Report to superior on all matters pertaining to laboratory equipment status involving availability, preventive maintenance, calibration and qualification.
  • To assist Service Provider's representative whenever they coming to Kotra Pharma (M) Sdn. Bhd for performing onsite calibration or preventive maintenance.
  • To perform preventive maintenance and calibration internally as per SOP for laboratory equipment whenever instructed by his/her superior.
  • To immediately report to Superior on any abnormalities observed on laboratory equipment.
  • To assist in executing Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualifications (OQ), and to performance Qualification (PQ) for current and newly purchased laboratory equipment.
  • To monitor for wear and tear parts for critical instruments and to ensure availability of frequently changeable parts.
  • To perform observation of microbial culture media plates/ tubes and report test results for the same whenever required.
  • Responsible to participate in any activities pertaining to training, safety, first-aid and fire-fighting organized by the company for the benefits of staff and company.
  • To comply and work towards meeting the company's quality policy, health safety and environment objectives and policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
