Key Responsibilities

· Assist in planning and executing 360° marketing campaigns across digital and offline.

· Support Assistant Marketing Manager in digital marketing initiatives while focusing on

excellence in execution.

· Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, L&D) to ensure

smooth campaign execution.

· Work on brand promotions, partnerships, and tactical campaigns to increase sales and

customer engagement.

· Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and highlight insights for management

review.

· Support market research and competitor benchmarking within the QSR and F&B industry.

· Assist in developing content calendars, creative briefs, and campaign toolkits for store-level

execution.

· Manage day-to-day campaign operations while learning strategic planning under the Senior

Marketing Manager's guidance.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

· 2–4 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within the F&B/QSR sector.

· Strong execution and project management skills with attention to detail.

· Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.

· Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign results and recommend

improvements.

· Creative mindset with hands-on experience in digital marketing tools and campaign

execution.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work independently and in a team.

· Ambitious, with a clear interest in progressing into a managerial role.

· Preferred someone have been in F&B Industry and doing offline campaign regularly.

· Willing to travel.
