About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at JS CITYSCAPE SDN. BHD.'. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales operations, with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving ambitious sales targets. This is a full-time position based in Selangor.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals
  2. Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, training and support to ensure optimal performance
  3. Analyse sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives
  5. Foster strong relationships with key clients and partners to secure new business and maintain existing accounts
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors and market developments to inform sales strategies
  7. Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably within the Sales industry
  2. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  3. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  5. Proficiency in data analysis and forecasting to drive informed decision-making
  6. Thorough understanding of the Management industry and its competitive landscape
  7. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
