Data Scientist

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain in-house datasets to consolidate information from Maslog, HR system, and other current or future business systems. Perform data cleansing, transformation, and integration to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability.
• Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities for RPA deployment that streamline repetitive tasks and improve efficiency. Support implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of RPA solutions.
• Develop predictive and prescriptive models to support strategic decision-making, operational optimization, and performance visibility. Apply AI and machine learning techniques to improve forecasting, anomaly detection, and business process efficiency.
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to provide real-time analytics, KPIs, and insights for management. Enhance visibility of business performance across key functions including operations, finance, HR, and logistics.
• Conduct internal training programs and knowledge transfer sessions to upskill staff in data analytics, AI, and RPA. Support operational teams in adopting and utilizing new digital tools effectively.
• Partner with Finance, HR, Warehouse, Logistics, and IT teams to design and deliver data-driven initiatives aligned with the Group's transformation goals. Collaborate with external vendors or partners where necessary to enhance system capabilities.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies in AI, RPA, data science, and enterprise analytics.
• Proactively propose innovative solutions to drive the Group's digital transformation agenda.

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor's degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Hands-on experience in AI, RPA, and analytics in business/enterprise settings.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, Python, SQL, and relevant machine learning frameworks.
• Knowledge of RPA tools preferred.
• Proven experience in system data integration across ERP, HR, or logistics systems.
• Strong problem-solving, innovation, and communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
