The MDM Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and governance of master data across the company. This role supports business processes by maintaining high-quality data standards and collaborating with stakeholders to implement best practices in data management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Governance & Quality
  • Maintain and enforce master data standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Validate and process master data requests (Material, Vendor, Customer, Finance) and related to all e-Forms (E-Capex, E-Contract. E-CPF. E-DD, E-Material, E-PIR, E-Pricing, E-Termination, EUCC and E-Vendor)
  • Perform regular data quality checks and cleansing activities.
  • System & Process Management
  • Create, update, and manage master data in SAP systems (ECC, DMS) and other platforms.
  • Support integration of MDM processes with business systems.
  • Collaboration & Support
  • Work closely with business units (Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, Sales) to ensure data accuracy.
  • Provide training and guidance to stakeholders on MDM processes.
  • Act as a point of contact for master data-related issues and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Master Data Management or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP master data objects (Material, Vendor, Customer).
  • Familiarity with data governance principles and data quality tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with global MDM processes and standards.
  • Knowledge of data modeling and data stewardship practices.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
