Collaborating with cross-functional teams (project managers, process engineers, etc.) to develop innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize the creation and submission of First Article (FA) products and processes.
  • Plan the pilot lot's preparation for the product, method, and yield. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during development.
  • Coordinate the implementation of the Engineering Change Order.
  • Conduct a feasibility analysis on the technical specifications and drawings.
  • Prepare appropriate reports and documentation as needed.
  • Developing prototypes, running simulations, and performing tests to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications.
  • Documenting design processes, test results, and technical specifications.

Required qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Knowledge in using Solidworks or CAD software is an added advantage .
  • Able to communicate well with all level of people.
  • Creative and analytical in performing daily responsibilities.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Seksyen 26, Shah Alam.
