The Content Creator is responsible for developing engaging, high-quality digital content that drives brand awareness, online engagement, and sales conversion across multiple digital platforms. This role works closely with the Marketing team to conceptualize and produce creative assets that support paid media campaigns, social media marketing, SEO initiatives, email marketing, and website updates. The ideal candidate combines creativity with strategic thinking, ensuring that all content aligns with brand identity and performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage digital content across social media, website, email, and e-commerce platforms to support marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Conceptualize, plan, and produce visually appealing and compelling content (copy, images, videos, and short-form content such as Reels, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to align content with paid media strategies, SEO objectives, and overall digital marketing goals.
  • Write engaging and SEO-friendly captions, blog posts, and ad copy to enhance brand visibility and traffic.
  • Monitor content performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, conversions) and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in digital storytelling.
  • Maintain brand consistency in tone, messaging, and visual presentation across all digital channels.
  • Assist in brainstorming creative campaigns and digital initiatives to enhance audience engagement and brand loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management.
  • Proficient in using creative tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or video editing software.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, SEO principles, and digital marketing trends.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
  • A creative thinker with a keen eye for design, detail, and audience engagement.
  • Experience in the beauty, health, or FMCG industry is an added advantage.
