We're Hiring: Swimming Academy Administrator

Are you an organized, detail-oriented individual with a passion for sports and administration? Join our dynamic team at VGO AQUATIC CENTRE as a Swimming Academy Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the academy
• Handle inquiries, registrations, and scheduling
• Maintain records and coordinate with coaches & parents
• Oversee billing, payments, and academy logistics
• Ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction
• Ensure all weekly and daily report are up to dates and accurate

Requirements:

• Educational background: Minimum Secondary School (SPM) graduate or above
• Female preferred (Age 18 years old or above)
• Strong organizational, team-work spirit and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia & English. Fluent in Mandarin is a plus
• Experience in administration or a similar role (sports/education preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Passion for swimming or sports administration is a plus

Job Type: [Full-time]

Salary: [RM2500-RM3200 subject to candidates experienced]
