1. Role Summary

The Marketing Executive supports the Chief Marketing Officer in planning, executing, and monitoring multi-market marketing activities. This role acts as the CMO's operational arm—turning strategic directions into actionable tasks, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand activities across multiple regions (Malaysia, Middle East, UK/EU, Indonesia, South America).

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Strategic Execution & Project Coordination

  • Translate high-level marketing strategy from the CMO into detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Assist in managing end-to-end marketing campaigns, including content, social media, KOL outreach, and event activations.
  • Monitor campaign performance and report key insights, data, and recommendations to the CMO.
  • Coordinate cross-market campaigns (e.g., Middle East, Indonesia, Europe) with internal teams and external partners.
  • Maintain the CMO's marketing calendar, ensuring alignment across departments.

B. Event & Activation Support

  • Support planning of on-ground activations (WVS Dubai, Indonesia VapeFest, South Africa WVS, etc.).
  • Coordinate logistics for samples, POSM, event materials, banners, videos, giveaways, and merch production.
  • Work closely with distributors and partners for regional events.
  • Prepare CMO-level presentation decks for stakeholders.

C. Administrative & Operational Support

  • Maintain documentation: campaign trackers, marketing schedules, asset folders, product info sheets.
  • Manage vendor communication, quotations, invoices, and procurement for marketing tools.
  • Assist the CMO in internal coordination with BD, Sales, Regulatory, Production, and Design teams.
  • Follow up tasks with team members to ensure timely execution of deliverables.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM3,000.00 per month
