Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Campaign Marketing professional specializing in training, based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The responsibilities include creating, executing, and managing marketing campaigns, facilitating employee and client training programs, and utilizing social media platforms for marketing strategies. The role also involves collaborating with sales teams, analyzing campaign performance, and ensuring alignment with overall brand and business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Marketing and Social Media Marketing
  • Strong Communication and Training skills to effectively deliver programs and presentations
  • Proficiency in Sales concepts and strategies
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Experience in campaign management and analytics software is a plus
