Job Scopes:

  • Assist in handling day-to-day administrative tasks at Tawau Branch Office.
  • Assist in monitoring the operational performance and update accordingly to the Chief Operating Officer.
  • Handle stocktaking, product, and asset management.
  • Compile data, reports, and other required information for operational needs.
  • Keep track and ensure timely compilation of stock and collection reports.
  • Responsible for proper filing of branch documents.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by a superior from time to time.
  • Always ensure cleanliness of the office.
  • Able to support the office with any inquiries about admin work.

Field of study: Diploma/Degree holder in Business Admin or related field.

Duration of Internship: 3 - 4 Months

Job Types: Temporary, Internship

Contract length: 3-4 months

Pay: RM RM1,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
