Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Planning & Creation
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for social media (photos, videos, reels, TikTok, stories).
  • Showcase cakes, decorations, behind-the-scenes, baking tips, and shop promotions.
  • Write creative copy for captions, posts, and advertisements.
  • Photography & Videography
  • Capture high-quality photos and videos of cakes, shop ambiance, customers, and special events.
  • Edit photos and videos using editing software (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.).
  • Social Media Management
  • Manage the shop's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Respond to customer comments and messages professionally and warmly.
  • Monitor engagement and increase brand visibility.
  • Marketing Support
  • Assist in creating promotional materials (posters, digital banners, campaigns).
  • Support marketing campaigns (festive promotions, birthday promotions, etc.).
  • Create content for website or online sales platforms if needed.
  • Creativity & Trend Awareness
  • Keep up with the latest social media trends to produce relevant and appealing content.
  • Suggest new creative ideas to boost brand awareness and sales.

Requirements:

  • Experience or strong interest in photography, videography & editing.
  • Creative and familiar with trends on TikTok, Instagram & Facebook.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
  • Basic skills in design & editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.).
  • Passion for food & lifestyle content.

Additional Skills (Bonus):

  • Experience in running paid ads (FB Ads, IG Ads, TikTok Ads).
  • Strong copywriting skills.
  • Confident in doing live streaming (FB Live/TikTok Live) to promote products.
