About Us

Allied Environmental Consultants (AEC) Malaysia Sdn Bhd is a subsidiary of Allied Sustainability and Environmental Consultants Group Limited (HKEX Stock Code: 8320) — the first publicly listed sustainability and environmental consultancy in Hong Kong.

AEC Malaysia provides a full range of sustainability services, including green and healthy building design, ESG and green finance advisory, environmental consultancy, and smart & green IoT solutions. Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to support our business development and marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, promoting sustainability solutions, and contributing to meaningful environmental change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote AEC's sustainability consultancy and training services.
  • Identify potential clients, generate leads, and follow up on business opportunities.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Plan, organize, and support sustainability-related events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage digital marketing and social media activities to strengthen brand visibility.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business planning.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide progress updates to management.
  • Any ad-hoc duties

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Environmental Studies, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and within a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Canva, LinkedIn, or other digital marketing tools is an advantage.
  • Passionate about sustainability, green building, and ESG practices.
