Retail Assistant Job Responsibilities**
1. 顾客服务 Customer Service
- 主动迎接顾客,提供友好且专业的服务
Greet customers proactively and provide friendly, professional service.
- 回答顾客询问并协助寻找产品
Assist customers in locating items and answering inquiries.
- 处理顾客投诉或基本问题
Handle basic customer complaints and issues.
- 提供产品资讯和促销活动
Provide product information and promotion details.
2. 销售与产品推广 Sales & Promotion
- 熟悉产品特点及卖点
Understand product features and key selling points.
- 推广店内促销和会员优惠
Promote in-store promotions and membership deals.
- 协助达成销售目标
Help achieve sales targets.
- 进行加购与搭配销售(Upselling / Cross-selling)
Perform upselling and cross-selling when appropriate.
3. 商品陈列 Merchandising
- 确保货架整齐和库存充足
Ensure shelves are tidy and well-stocked.
- 按照陈列标准摆放商品
Display products according to merchandising guidelines.
- 定期进行货品轮换(FIFO)
Perform First-In-First-Out (FIFO) product rotation.
- 检查价签和标签是否准确
Check that price tags and labels are correct.
4. 补货与库存管理 Replenishment & Inventory
- 及时补上货架商品
Replenish shelves promptly.
- 整理和维护库存区
Maintain a clean and organized stockroom.
- 协助库存盘点(Stock Count)
Assist in stock counting.
- 报告缺货、损坏或过期的商品
Report out-of-stock, damaged, or expired items.
5. 收银与金流处理 Cashiering
- 操作收银机和 POS 系统
Operate the cash register and POS system.
- 正确处理现金与电子支付
Handle cash and digital payments accurately.
- 开立收据并进行结算
Issue receipts and perform end-of-day cash reconciliation.
- 保持收银台区域整洁
Keep the cashier counter clean and tidy.
6. 店面清洁与维护 Store Cleanliness
- 清洁地面、货架和展示区域
Clean floors, shelves, and display areas.
- 处理垃圾和回收物
Dispose of trash and manage recyclables.
- 确保店面环境符合卫生与安全标准
Ensure the store meets hygiene and safety standards.
7. 防损与安全 Security & Loss Prevention
- 注意可疑行为并及时汇报
Observe and report suspicious activities.
- 遵守店内防损 SOP
Follow store loss-prevention procedures.
- 报告损坏或盗窃事件
Report damage or theft incidents.
- 确保紧急出口畅通
Ensure emergency exits are unobstructed.
8. 团队合作 Teamwork
- 配合主管安排工作
Support tasks assigned by supervisors.
- 在繁忙时段协助同事
Assist teammates during busy periods.
- 参与培训和会议
Participate in training sessions and meetings.
- 提供改进建议
Give suggestions for store improvement.
9. 行政与记录 Administration
- 更新交接日志(handover log)
Update the handover log.
- 填写每日表格或检查表
Complete daily forms or checklists.
- 向主管汇报问题或异常
Report issues or irregularities to the supervisor.
职位类型:全职, 应届生, 终身制
薪资: RM1,800.00至RM3,000.00(每月 )
通勤/搬迁能力:
- Petaling Jaya: 稳定通勤,或愿意根据雇主提供的相关津贴搬家 (首选)
工作语言:
