About the Role

The Corporate Finance team plays a pivotal role in driving CapBay's growth through strategic investments, acquisitions and strengthening our market position. We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Corporate Finance Analyst to join our team and contribute to executing these initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be expected to:

  • Execute investment and acquisition projects that support business growth and long-term strategic goals.
  • Conduct financial modeling and valuation analysis for acquisitions and internal projects, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Perform detailed market research to identify and evaluate M&A opportunities, providing insights to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate due diligence efforts by collaborating with external advisors, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Prepare and present materials for internal reviews, approvals, and strategic recommendations.

Key Qualities and Requirements

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Investment Banking & Advisory, Corporate Finance, M&A, ECM, or DCM.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling, as well as PowerPoint and Word.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills for effective teamwork and collaboration.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse internal and external teams to support corporate finance objectives.
