Position: Senior Live Host

Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, confident, and camera-ready Senior Live Host to lead our live selling sessions and support the creation of engaging video content for social media. This role plays a major part in boosting customer engagement, strengthening brand presence, and driving sales through both live and pre-recorded content.

Key Responsibilities

1. Live Streaming / Live Selling

  • Host regular live sessions on platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram to promote new arrivals, campaigns, and best-selling items.
  • Engage actively with viewers—answer questions, demonstrate products, and encourage conversions.
  • Present products confidently with accurate information on sizing, features, styling tips, and ongoing promotions.
  • Monitor live performance metrics and propose improvements to enhance viewer retention and sales.

2. Collaboration & Production Support

  • Work closely with the marketing, product, and creative teams to align with campaign goals and featured collections.
  • Provide insights and feedback on customer responses to help refine product offerings and marketing strategies.
  • Assist in preparing products, wardrobe, and setups for live sessions and video shoots.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Fashion, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation or live hosting (experience as a Content Creator is an advantage).
  • Confident, expressive, and natural on camera.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (English and/or Malay).
  • Passionate about fashion, styling, and content creation.
  • Comfortable hosting live sessions multiple times a week.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing trends.
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Shah Alam, Seksyen 16.

RM3,000.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
