Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive intern to join our Sales and Customer Service team. The intern will assist in managing customer inquiries, supporting online and offline sales activities, and ensuring excellent customer experience. This role offers hands-on learning opportunities in retail operations, customer relationship management, and sales strategies within the mum and baby product industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in responding to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, and social media.
  • Support sales transactions at the retail store and online platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Website, etc.).
  • Help maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales orders.
  • Assist in handling customer feedback, complaints, and after-sales service professionally.
  • Support the preparation of sales reports, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Learn and apply product knowledge to provide accurate recommendations to customers.
  • Participate in in-store and online live sales activities.
  • Assist the team in maintaining a neat and organized store display area.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree student in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related fields.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive working attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.
  • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, social media platforms, etc.).
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Internship duration: Minimum 3 months (preferably 3–6 months).
