About the role

We're seeking a multi-talented Senior Graphic Designer (Junior Art Director) who thrives across design, photography and video content that drives engagement for our brand and products.

This role is responsible for ideating and planning digital content, shooting and producing videos, capturing photography, and directing creative shoots. The candidate will develop graphics and visuals that align with brand campaigns, edit videos with engaging effects for social platforms, and monitor content performance to stay ahead of trends and refine outputs. Additionally, this role provides creative direction and guidance while mentoring junior designers.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Digital Marketing Content Ideation & Planning

  2. Collaborate with digital marketing team to brainstorm content ideas (video & static visual) for different campaigns.

  3. Research and track trends that align with each brand's tone and audience.

  4. Develop simple storyboards for planned video shoots and social media calendar covering video and static visual content.

  5. Video Shooting & Production

  6. Execute both planned and on-the-fly shoot using mobile device and drones.

  7. Capture photo and video content in a variety of settings: show unit shots, lifestyle moments, events and etc.

  8. Direct on-site shoots.

  9. Creative & Graphic Designing

  10. Conceptual and design engaging social content (static graphic / visual) that aligns with brand voice and marketing campaigns for social platforms.

  11. Design, execute, and adapt visuals according to briefs from various stakeholders.

  12. Editing & Post-Production

  13. Edit videos for Reels, Tik Tok, Youtube Shorts and other social-first formats.

  14. Apply graphics, captions, sound and effects to make content platform-ready and engaging.

  15. Repurpose existing assets into fresh, relevant content pieces.

  16. Social Media Savvy

  17. Understand the social media formats and content lifecycles of major social platforms.

  18. Monitor and review content performance and adapt creative approaches accordingly.

  19. Stay ahead of design trends and behavioural insights to drive relevance and engagement.

  20. Others

  21. Provide creative leadership and mentor junior designers by giving effective feedback and direction.

Job Requirements

  • 4 - 5 years of content creation experience, preferably in property development industry.
  • Experienced in photography, video production, and motion graphics.
  • Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator & Premiere Pro).
  • Strong editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro / CapCut / Final Cut Pro etc.
  • A team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
