Job Opening: Boilerman (Grade 2)

1) Location: Kapar, Selangor

• To maintain & operate the boilers ensure running in good conditions & operate in the most effective & efficient manner in daily operation.
• To schedule and implement periodic preventive maintenance to reduce unexpected Boiler downtime.
• To make necessary preparations & follow up with contractors, if necessary, repair & maintenance & annual inspections by relevant authorities.
• To do chemical preparation, boiler water analysis and boiler water treatment.
• To make monthly inventory reports, maintenance report, Boiler Log sheet and daily log sheet.
• To record & summit monthly diesel consumption & boiler related expenses.
• To ensure safety working environment clean working area & maintain good housekeeping maintenance of boiler house.
• To ensure sufficient quantity of fuel oil available for continuous operation of Boiler. To inform superior/issue Purchase Requisition for fuel oil and chemicals as when required.
• To check and monitor diesel tank level and distribution.
• To ensure the safety measures are followed to reduce unexpected incidents and hazards.
• To be on call for any issue regarding boiler or building maintenance.
• To assist maintenance team on machine maintenance & building maintenance.
• To clean the drainage, grass cutting, cleaning surrounding, aircond filter change & wash compressor.
• To service machine and equipment and update in Service Note
• To check fire equipment, fire hose reel, emergency light, pump room, forklift water – weekly basis
• To ensure 3rd parties contractor including aircond, cctv, renovation, lift, compressor, electrical & mechanical job done with safety manner.
• To ensure all boiler related document/checklist hand over to superior within 1st week of every month
• Other ad hoc task as assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
