Key responsibilities

  • Customer service: Greet customers, present menus, and make them feel welcome.
  • Order taking: Accurately take food and drink orders, and communicate any special requests or dietary needs to the kitchen staff.
  • Serving: Deliver food and beverages to customers promptly and with a positive attitude.
  • Payment processing: Handle transactions, including operating cash registers and processing payments.
  • Table and area maintenance: Set up tables, clear and clean tables, and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Problem-solving: Address and resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with both customers and kitchen staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
