With over 500 studios across Japan and a growing global presence, LAVA is Japan's leading Hot Yoga brand—celebrated for its transformative classes, exceptional service, and holistic approach to well-being. We've expanded to Singapore, Vietnam and the USA is next. Now, we're bringing the LAVA experience to Malaysia, (Mont Kiara & Petaling Jaya), offering both Japanese Hinoki Flooring Hot Yoga and Pilates classes.

We will provide comprehensive training through our in-house instructor program, developed by Japan's leading fitness brand, LAVA. This proven system has trained thousands of successful instructors in Japan and is now available in Malaysia for the first time.

Your Role:
  • Participate in our structured training program (theory & practical)
  • Assist in classes and gradually progress to teaching your own sessions
  • Support studio operations and create a welcoming environment for members
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service
  • Work collaboratively with our team to uphold LAVA's exceptional service standards in Malaysia
  • Collaborate with the studio team to support events, community initiatives, and member engagement
Who We're Looking For:
  • Fresh graduates welcome — no prior certification or experience required
  • Passion for health, fitness, and wellness
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to full-time work
  • Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends
