Job Responsibilities
- Assisting the HR department in human resource related activities within the workplace.
- Assisting with clerical duties related to filling, date key-in, document formatting, file organization, employee documentation and HR related report.
- Assist in planning and coordinating employee engagement activities and events.
- Provide support on any ad-hoc HR-related matters as assigned by the superior.
What We're Looking For
- Pursuing a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Excellent written and communication in both Malay and English.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
