  • Highlight and label conversational data according to predefined guidelines.
  • Review and categorize text inputs from various sources to train and improve algorithms.
  • Ensure data quality and consistency by following established protocols and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with regional teams and internal stakeholders to refine annotation criteria and improve tagging processes.
  • Identify and report any issues or patterns in data that could impact performance.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of annotation tools and documentation.

Requirement

  • Fast learner and a good communicator in English and Mandarin is an added advantage
  • Has working experience in content moderator is advantageous
  • Able to work quickly and pivot when necessary
  • Able to work in contract basis

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
