QAQC Engineer

• Lead the QAQC team and oversee quality management operations.
• Ensure compliance with QAQC requirements in coordination with Production & Logistics for inspections.
• Oversee precast panel inspections at various stages, including post-pour and pre-delivery.
• Liaise with engineers and RTO for scheduled and unscheduled inspections.
• Maintain quality records and photographs for respective departments.
• Assist the Production Team with quality-related matters.
• Check the quality of cast-in items and raw materials, including concrete batching and pouring, as required.
• Actively participate in inspections and report work progress to management.
• Perform work tasks assigned by management.
• Ensure compliance with company's QAQC procedures among all employees, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Identify quality control issues, report to superiors, and address root causes of repeated defects.
• Liaise with Singapore main contractors and government authorities, such as HDB and LTA, as needed.

• Work towards achieving the company's KPIs and objectives.

• Requires a degree in Civil Engineering from a PE-recognized university and at least 5 years of experience in quality checking within the Precast Industry or HDB construction in Singapore.

• Must possess good knowledge of quality control in the Singapore Construction Industry and be willing to travel for meetings and inspections.

Pay: RM4, RM7,000.00 per month
