Assembly Process Engineer (Senai, Johor)

Are you passionate about driving manufacturing excellence and taking full ownership of assembly processes? We're looking for talented Assembly Process Engineers to join our growing team in Johor. This role offers the chance to work on process improvements, automation, and cost optimization while contributing to high-quality, next-generation products.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and improve assembly processes for efficiency and quality.
  • Drive cost reduction, process optimization & design improvements.
  • Handle product structure, routing data & ISO-standard documentation.
  • Investigate root causes of issues & resolve process challenges.
  • Train and guide assembly technicians/supervisors.
  • Set up new lines, review tooling designs & support vendor development.

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma/Degree/Master's in Mechanical, Mechatronic, or related Engineering.
  • 3–4+ years' experience in assembly/manufacturing processes.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (to support communication requirements).
  • Strong ability to read engineering drawings & knowledge of pneumatic equipment.
  • Independent, proactive, and a fast learner.

What We Offer

  • Salary: MYR 5,000 – 9,000 per month + 13-month bonus + performance bonus
  • 5-day work week (Mon–Fri, 8am–5:45pm)
  • Annual leave starting at 11 days (up to 15 days)
