What You'll Do:

-Design and develop scalable backend services using Java/Kotlin and Spring Framework

-Architect microservices solutions and maintain system performance at enterprise scale

-Implement robust APIs, database optimization, and integration with third-party services

-Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and champion best development practices

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions

What We're Looking For:

Must Have:

-Fluent in Mandarin (speaking, reading, writing) for client communication

-Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or related field

-4+ years hands-on Java/Kotlin development experience

-Strong expertise in Spring Framework and RESTful API design

-Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and system architecture

-Proven track record in Agile development environments

Good to Have:

-AWS/Azure cloud platform experience

-Microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)

-Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)

-Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
