Accountability & Responsibility

To achieve plant operations & maintenance targets and goals.

To identify and timely notify defect/abnormal condition to Maintenance Supervisor
To ensure the proper and timely execution of all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance works.
To monitor and ensure all outsourced jobs and services executed according to requirement.
To assist in resolving strategic operational problems
To ensure the plant is operated and maintained in a safe and proper manner, and in accordance with the OEM's recommendations.

Customer Complaint Management

To assist in the analysis of customer complaints for the planning of the necessary preventive and/or corrective actions to avoid recurrence of complaint

To understand and ensure compliance to all relevant regulatory requirement (DOSH, DOE, EC (Suruhanjaya Tenaga) etc).

To be fully aware and understand all associated regulatory requirements
To ensure all plant equipment and systems are in the safe, proper and satisfactory working conditions, and are operated in accordance with the relevant regulatory requirements, if any
To ensure all incidents and accidents are reported to the Plant Supervisor

To ensure compliance to company policies and procedures.

To be aware of, and to comply to all company policies and/or procedures at all times
To ensure compliance to Quality requirement within the section (ISO, 5S, AKP, WIT, TPM, SEMS etc.)
To be fully aware, understand and ensure compliance to company ISO requirements
To support and implement all company improvement/development activities and program, e.g. 5S, ISO, AKP, WIT, TPM, etc.
