Job Summary:

To provide technical support to physicians and meet sales target assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform CRMD product in-service and sales call to current and potential customers in assigned territories.
  • Manage consignment stocks in assigned territories.
  • Prepare quotation & etc. upon request.
  • Ensure customer sales cycle is complete.
  • Provide technical service and support and patient follow-up to external customers.
  • Provide training to cardiac technicians, referral doctors, healthcare workers and team members.
  • Obtain market intelligence such as competitor product, pricing, market share, marketing program etc.
  • Understand local government healthcare policy and market trends.
  • Handle and process customer complaints in a timely manner and in accordance with Abbott requirement.
  • Assist in clinical research, when necessary

Other Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as back-up for other CRMD team members.
  • To be on call for emergency/ follow-up cases during weekends or after office hours.
  • Handle and process customer complaints in timely manner and according to Abbott CRMD Malaysia policy and requirement.
  • Execute the job responsibilities according to applicable standard operating procedures of Abbott CRMD Malaysia.
  • Ensure applicable standard operating procedure Abbott CRMD Malaysia.
  • Perform other related functions and responsibilities assigned by manager or supervisor.

Job Requirement : -

  • Minimum 1-2 years working experience in medical sales/hospital working environment
  • Medical sales, hospital staffs ESPECIALLY with EXPERIENCE working in Invasive Catheterization Lab (ICL/Cathlab) or Operating Theatre (OT) will have ADDED ADVANTAGE
  • BS degree in relevant field (preferably Science)
  • Energetic and passion to serve
  • Tenacity and resilience to work in a challenging business environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Must possess own transport and have a valid driving licence
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
  • Required language(s): English (written and spoken) used in training and all aspect of daily activities
  • Bahasa Malaysia and Other languages will be an added advantage to communicate with end user or follow up
  • Required Skill(s): Sales, Medical Device, Pharmaceuticals.
  • Preferably Executive specialized in Biomedical or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM7,500.00 per month
