Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Retail Distribution & Control Executive to oversee the distribution of finished goods (FG) to all retail outlets under Marvellous Frontier. This position plays a key role in ensuring timely release of items, maintaining stock accuracy, and strengthening internal control to prevent discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, monitor, and ensure timely release of clothing items from the FG Store to all retail outlets.
- Verify and ensure only correct and approved items are uploaded into delivery lorries.
- Conduct regular checks and analysis to detect and prevent internal manipulation or loss of goods.
- Analyze customer buying trends and retail demand to support stock planning and replenishment decisions.
- Coordinate with Retail, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth and accurate stock flow.
- Maintain up-to-date records and prepare regular reports on stock movement and delivery performance.
- Support system improvements and process enhancement to increase efficiency and transparency.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in store, logistics, or retail distribution management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail with high integrity and accountability.
- Proficient in computer applications (experience with inventory systems is an advantage).
- Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
