Job Title: Product Promoter (Cold Food / Frozen Products)

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Contract

Working Days: [e.g. 6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays]

Working Hours: [e.g. 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM / Shift basis]

Job Responsibilities:

  • Promote and demonstrate cold or frozen food products (e.g. frozen meat, dairy, desserts, or ready-to-eat meals) to customers in supermarkets or retail outlets.
  • Provide sampling or tasting sessions to encourage product trials.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and promotions clearly to customers.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper hygiene of the display area and sampling counter.
  • Ensure products are properly stored and displayed in chillers/freezers according to company standards.
  • Track and report daily sales performance and customer feedback to the supervisor.
  • Assist in stock replenishment and ensure sufficient inventory at the display area.
  • Support in promotional campaigns, product launches, or roadshows as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM / equivalent qualification.
  • Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and interact well with customers.
  • Preferably with experience in food promotion, retail, or F&B industry.
  • Comfortable working in cold environments (e.g. near freezers).
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
