About the role

We are seeking for fresh graduates that are motivated and keen to be trained as Student Recruitment Officer to join our dynamic team at Sheffield Hallam University S.E.A Regional Office (managed by Nation Pride Sdn Bhd). In this full-time position based in Subang Jaya, Selangor, you will play a crucial role in recruiting and enrolling students into our range of tertiary educational programmes.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing strategic recruitment plans to attract prospective students
  • Organising and participating in educational fairs, school visits, and other promotional events
  • Providing effective counselling and guidance to potential students and their families
  • Handling all aspects of the student application, admission and enrolment process
  • Maintaining detailed records and reporting on recruitment activities and performance
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless student experience
  • Continuously seeking ways to improve recruitment strategies and processes

What we're looking for

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences
  • Excellent knowledge of the local education landscape
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding student recruitment targets
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Enthusiasm for education and a genuine desire to help students achieve their goals
  • Willing to be trained on using university's relevant I.T systems
  • Willing to travel in S.E.A Region and the U.K
