About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Human Resources Assistant to join our team at LIFE WATER INDUSTRIES SDN. BHD. in Sabah. This full-time position is responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to our growing organisation. As a key member of our HR team, you will contribute to the efficient management of employee-related processes and the enhancement of our company culture.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting with the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll and exit processes
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
  • Supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Providing administrative support to the HR team as needed
  • Helping to foster a positive and inclusive work environment

What we're looking for

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR assistant or administrative role
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
  • A team player with a positive, customer-focused attitude
  • Familiarity with HR best practices and employment legislation
