Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Clerk to assist in sales order processing and customer account management. The ideal candidate should be able to communicate effectively with customers, handle day-to-day sales documentation, and maintain accurate records. The ability to read and write in Chinese is required to support Chinese-speaking customers and handle related documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries related to sales orders, invoices, and payments in a professional and timely manner.
  • Process and verify sales orders accurately, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
  • Issue and manage invoices, delivery orders, and related sales documents.
  • Maintain and update customer account records.
  • Communicate with customers to follow up on payments and resolve account discrepancies.
  • Work closely with the sales and warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Assist in preparing monthly reports and reconciliation tasks.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document organization.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with SQL Accounting systems is an advantage.
  • Able to read and write in Chinese (for handling Chinese documentation and communication).
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment.
