Job Summary:

The Marketing Executive is responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to promote the hotel's brand, rooms, outlets, and services. This role focuses on increasing brand awareness, driving room occupancy, boosting revenue, and enhancing guest engagement through effective marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns for rooms, F&B outlets, events, and promotions.
  • Manage hotel digital platforms including website content, social media, online listings, and OTA promotions.
  • Coordinate advertising, branding, and promotional materials with designers and vendors.
  • Support sales activities, corporate accounts, and promotional partnerships.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Organize and support hotel events, launches, and public relations activities.
  • Prepare marketing reports, track campaign performance, and manage marketing budgets.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and creative skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and OTA platforms.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
