• 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
• Expected salary: RM1,800 - RM2,000 per month

Key responsibilities

· Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

· Enter order details and customer special requests into the system and ensure all information is correct

· Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery times, and any potential issues.

· Handle customer inquiries and resolve any order-related problems promptly.

· Coordinate with the sales, warehouse (packing team), and purchasing team/suppliers to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.

· Monitor inventory levels and inform relevant departments of any discrepancies or shortages. (purchasing team)

· Maintain accurate records of all orders, deliveries, and returns.

· Prepare and distribute necessary documentation, such as invoices and custom declaration form.

· Generate regular reports on order status, fulfilment rates

· Identify and suggest improvements in the order processing workflow
