About the role

Are you a talented Asian chef looking to showcase your culinary expertise? MsCaffe', a vibrant cafe in Arena Prima Meru, is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Asian Chef to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for creating exceptional Asian-inspired dishes that delight our customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Preparing and cooking a variety of authentic Asian cuisine, including signature dishes and daily specials
  2. Ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation and consistency
  3. Collaborating with the kitchen team to optimise workflow and efficiency
  4. Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
  5. Assisting with menu development and recipe testing
  6. Providing excellent customer service and responding to feedback

What we're looking for

  1. Significant experience as an Asian chef, with a strong understanding of various Asian cuisines and cooking techniques
  2. Excellent culinary skills, including knife handling, food preparation and plating
  3. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  4. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
  5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  6. Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
